Exceptional Editing from Katie Kenyhercz

You can pour your heart out in a book, and not be sure that what you think you see is there. Family and friends will reassure you—but sometimes you need professional honesty to know whether or not you have even come close to hitting your mark.

That was the case for me when I enlisted Katie Kenyhercz to do a thorough edit of my woman’s fiction manuscript, Her Borrowed Angel.

Katie offers very reasonable rates, but more importantly—her perception and understanding of the book’s real story allows her to address both strengths and weaknesses with skill and accuracy.

I am submitting my book to agents as I write this recommendation—a venture I gave up doing literally forty years ago. What I perceived as hopeless has become, with her guidance, something I think I should attempt.

And whether or not my book finds a traditional publisher in the timeframe I’m allowing myself, I will be able to self-publish with absolute confidence that with Katie’s expert editing, my book will compete for readers at the highest level.

Thanks, Katie!

Are you a self-published writer looking for an affordable formatter? I use Vellum software to create professional and beautiful books! I charge $30, and that includes ebook and print formats. I can also personalize with an image at the top of each chapter if you like! Do you also need an ebook or print cover? Aside from designing all my own covers, I've also done these! E-book covers and print covers are $30 each or $50 for both.

Do you need editing? I have a bachelor's degree in Professional Writing and Editing, a Master's in English, and a Master's of Fine Arts in Writing Popular Fiction. I offer developmental (plot and character development) and copy (grammar/spelling/consistency/redundancy etc.) editing in separate passes. You can choose one or both. Developmental would come first. For an 80k word book, my turnaround is usually one week or less. Please email me at xjezzebelle@aol.com to discuss a quote. If you'd like to see if we'd be a good fit, please email me a chapter from your current manuscript. I'll edit it for free so you can get a feel for my ability and style!
